-Everythink worked perfectly fine. Didn't have any issues with them
-Had order from there twice and both time I was very happy for almost everything I ordered, so the webside is trustable
-I really love Hollister and I had 2x bad experience with shopping on other sites with Hollister product (they was cheap and fake chinese products). This is one and only official site with new collections and they often has clearance and sale. Shipping is often free (over $75). And after you order something, they ship the package and you recieve it into 3-5 days.
-GREAT QUALITY, GREAT SPEED, LOVED THE CLOTHES!!!! they came quicker than expected.. so true to size!!!
-I ordered perfume that my daughter wanted for Christmas at the start of Nov . I never received my order by 16th Dec but the next thing I know is that I got a email from Hollister saying that their issuing me a full refund . whf I didn't want a refund I wanted my daughters Christmas present ! The email offered no explanation or apology as to the reason why . I then got onto the site and was fobbed off with the shipping number and told that they couldn't give me a reason as to why I never received my order . I then sent another email and was fobbed off this time with an answer to ring this US number , I live in Ireland and was not going to ring an US number to be kept on the phone all day if their online customer service was anything to go buy . then I got an email asking me to review my experience on the site... YES... ! When I put in what I thought of them and threatened to tell every forum I'm a member of never to use them I got an email back offering me free shipping ( €15) and a 40 % discount if I put in another order . I still haven't what my daughter asked for but as the only Hollister store in Ireland is 320 km away I can't exactly ask anyone to pick me up a bottle !!. If I wrote this review a few days ago I'd be absolutely fuming but at least I got an outcome out of it and because I used paypal I got my refund straight away . And they did ship my product it actually got into Ireland before it was returned according to the tracking so it was probably out of their control . They just really need to update their customer service . Because of the final outcome I will try them again .
